Steam Client for Mac Launching May 12
Starting next month, Mac owners will no longer have to use Boot Camp in order to access Steam. Valve has announced the official date for the Mac version of Steam.
First announced back in March, Steam support for the Mac will be accompanied by native support for all Valve developed games. All future titles will also launch with Mac support.
In addition, Steam Play-compatible titles that are purchased on the PC will also be available on the Mac, meaning that users won't have to purchase two copies of the same game.
